I have in my possession the original certificates that were presented to David William Osborne who gave his life for our wonderful country on August 23, 1970. They include 2 Purple Hearts, 2 Bronze Stars, a diploma from Fort Jackson for the drill sergeant course, and the Silver Star. Your website indicates that he was married and I didn't know if you could help me locate her or another next of kin. I feel these documents need to be in the hands of their rightful owners and I will not quit until I get them there. Thank you in advance for any help you can give me. If anybody knows how I can find David's family, please contact me.

I served as his RTO and have a few pictures of him. He was divorced and had a son and a daughter. At one time I had an address for the daughter, but she did not want to be contacted. I lost the address. David "OZZY" Osborne died while covering someone else with his body.
